Account Manager – Office or Remote


Maintain and grow established accounts. Prospect for and establish new account relationships and develop relationships with vendors.

As part of our on-going expansion programme we are looking for Account Managers to join our fast-paced rapidly expanding sales team at Rootshell Security.

Role Responsibilities:

– Generate and provide customer quotes for complex or custom solutions
– Establish strategies that will result in increased sales (both existing and new customers)
– Conduct face-to-face sales calls to accounts as necessary
– A good understanding of customer requirements
– Penetrate customer accounts at the manager/director levels
– Provide customer with guidance and support during the contract process
– Work to build long-lasting relationships while maintaining the revenue goals of the business
– Attend to leads with a sense of urgency and communicate timely feedback
– Maintain and track sales opportunities using CRM software
– Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable. Team player driven for success
– Self-motivated individual who can multi-task and works well under pressure
– Build and execute on an annual business plan

Your Experience:

– 5 years Information Security sales experience required
– Strong established relationships with key accounts in the territory required
– CRM experience and strong Microsoft Office skills required
– Strong group presentation skills required
– Verifiable history of exceeding sales goals, generating leads and opening new accounts
