You can organise users into groups and assign permissions on a group-level.
Follow these steps to assign group permissions:
Step 1: Select Group Permissions under Permissions on the menu.
Step 2: Click ‘+ New group’ in the top right-hand corner.
Step 3: Enter a name for the group.
Step 4: Select permissions for the group from the ‘Permission rules’ list. You can select any combination of rules.
Step 5: Click ‘Save changes’.
You can see group permissions organised by group in the table. Edit a group’s permissions by selecting the desired group from the table.
