Asset Groups Included in AssetInfo.xlsx Export
The AssetInfo.xlsx export from the Assets page has been enhanced to include a new Asset Groups column. This improvement ensures that when exporting all assets, any associated Asset Groups are now visible in the export file.
Additionally, users can now edit the Asset Groups directly in the spreadsheet and re-upload it to the platform. This streamlines the process of updating group assignments in bulk, improving usability and efficiency for asset management.
Streamlined 2FA Set-Up with First Code Entry
To improve the user experience and reduce support requests, the 2FA registration process has been streamlined. Users are now required to enter their first 6-digit authentication code on the same page as the QR code scan.
This change ensures the QR code is scanned before proceeding, preventing common onboarding issues where users inadvertently skip steps and become locked out. The updated process enhances clarity, improves platform security, and reduces friction during first-time access.
Hostnames Added to Technical Details for Qualys VM Import
The Technical Details section for Qualys VM imports now includes both IP addresses and hostnames of affected assets. This enhancement improves internal reporting and supports more comprehensive query building by offering clearer asset identification across your vulnerability data.
Automatic Executive Summary Publication After Final QA Approval
To streamline the reporting process and reduce manual steps, the platform now automatically publishes the Executive Summary when a penetration test phase completes QA and is marked as approved/released. This ensures consistency across engagements and prevents executive summaries from being unintentionally left unpublished.
General Bug Fixes
