Engagement
- You have actively engaged with the prospect.
- At least one meeting has been held with the client regarding this subject.
Client readiness
- The client is prepared to evaluate and purchase a Rootshell license if successful.
Deal status
- The deal is not currently active with the Rootshell Security Sales Team.
- The deal has not already been registered by an existing qualified Rootshell Partner.

How does the first come, first served basis work?
Deal registrations are processed in the order they are received. To secure your deal, ensure you submit as early as possible and meet all specified criteria.
How long will it take to receive approval for my deal registration?
Partners are usually notified of approved deal registrations via email within one to two business days.
What happens if my deal registration is rejected?
If your deal registration is rejected, Rootshell Security will inform you via email, providing detailed reasons for the rejection. You can address the issues and reapply if necessary.
What kind of support can I expect during the sales process?
PreSales and Sales resources will be available to support you throughout the sales process, ensuring you have the necessary tools and guidance to succeed.
Can the deal registration period be extended beyond six months?
Yes, the deal registration period can be extended depending on the activity with the prospect, at the discretion of Rootshell Security. Regular updates and communication about the progress will help in considering extensions.
