Persistent Table Headers & Actions

We’ve introduced persistent table headers across the Issues, Assets, and Projects views to improve usability when working with large datasets.

What’s New

  • Sticky Headers: Table headers now remain visible while scrolling, similar to “freeze panes” functionality.

  • Always Accessible Actions: Key controls such as actions, filters, and counters stay in view, even when navigating through long lists.

User Impact

This enhancement makes it easier to manage large volumes of data, reducing the need to scroll back to the top for actions and improving efficiency when performing bulk operations.

Enhanced Team Creation & Management

We’ve improved the usability of Team creation and management to make it more intuitive, consistent, and efficient across the platform.

What’s Improved

  • New “New Team” Button: Teams can now be created directly from the Teams page, providing a clear and accessible entry point.

  • Improved User Assignment: Users can now be assigned to teams more easily, including during creation and from user management actions.

  • Bulk Actions Enhanced: When selecting multiple users, you can now add them to existing teams, not just create new ones.

  • Streamlined Navigation: Team management actions are now more visible and consistent with existing patterns like “New User”.

User Impact

These improvements remove hidden workflows and reduce friction when managing teams, making it faster and more intuitive to organise users across the platform.

Selection-Aware Exports for Assets and Issues

We’ve enhanced export functionality to ensure it now respects user selections, enabling more targeted and efficient reporting.

What’s Improved

  • Asset Page Exports:
When selecting specific assets, exports (Group by Asset / Group by Issue) now include only the selected items, rather than all visible assets.

  • Issues Page Exports:
Users can now select multiple issues from the Results → Issues page and export only those selected entries.

  • Smart Defaults:
If no items are selected, exports continue to behave as before, exporting all data within the current view or filter.

User Impact

This update removes the need for manual data filtering post-export, allowing users to generate precise, relevant reports directly from their selections—saving time and improving workflow efficiency.

Smarter Default Settings for Asset Group Creation

We’ve improved the default behaviour when creating Asset Groups to reduce common configuration issues and improve long-term data accuracy.

What’s Improved

  • Aligned Default Settings: New Asset Groups now default to the same merge settings as found within the tenant.

  • Reduced Duplication Risk: Prevents users from unintentionally selecting suboptimal defaults (such as hostname and IP), which can lead to duplicate assets and issues.

User Impact

This improvement ensures more consistent asset grouping from the outset, reducing the need for manual corrections and rework when managing large or complex asset estates.

Partners

Partner Custom PDF Report Templates

We’re introducing bespoke Partner PDF Report Templates, enabling security providers to fully customise how reports are generated and presented within the platform.

Overview

Partners can now design, manage, and apply their own report templates—aligning outputs with their branding, structure, and reporting standards, rather than relying on a fixed format.

Key Capabilities

Branding & Layout Customisation

  • Upload logos and background images (header, footer, title page)

  • Customise colours, margins, headers, and footers

  • Control table styling and text colours

Flexible Report Structure

  • Reorder and rename existing sections

  • Add new custom pages or sections

  • Enable or disable elements like contents page, numbering, and footers

Live Preview

  • Generate test PDF previews at any time

  • Validate layout and styling before applying to live reports

Template Management

  • Create and manage multiple templates via Tenant Overview → Document Templates

  • Templates are instance-specific and permission-controlled

  • Updates to templates do not affect previously generated reports

Service Support

Custom templates can be applied to:

  • Penetration Testing

  • Vulnerability Scanning

User Impact

This feature enables partners to deliver professional, branded, and consistent reports, improving client experience while maintaining flexibility and control over report design.

Available within Instance Settings, this marks a major step forward in report customisation across the platform.

Service Type Renaming

We’ve introduced the ability to rename Service Types across the platform, giving partners and enterprise users greater flexibility to align platform terminology with their own service offerings.

Overview

Service Type Renaming allows authorised users to customise how services are labelled across the platform—without impacting functionality, reporting, or integrations. This ensures consistency with your commercial packaging and internal terminology.

Key Capabilities

  • Global (Tenant Overview) Renaming:
Define a service name once and apply it across all tenants, or selectively using inclusion/exclusion controls.

  • Tenant-Level Overrides:
Individual tenants can override global names locally, allowing for bespoke client-specific terminology.

  • Display-Only Changes:
Renaming affects UI labels only. All underlying service logic, identifiers, and integrations remain unchanged.

  • Consistent Platform Experience:
Renamed service types are reflected across dashboards, reports, projects, and workflows.

Permissions

  • Tenant Level: Enterprise Admin, Platform Staff

  • Tenant Overview: Users with Overview Settings permissions

Additional Enhancements

  • Full audit logging of all rename actions (old name, new name, user, timestamp)

  • Validation to prevent empty or duplicate names

  • Ability to revert to default naming at any time

User Impact

This feature enables partners to standardise naming across large estates, support client-specific language, and avoid duplicating service types purely for branding purposes—while maintaining full platform integrity.

Platform Improvements

Company Filter Added to User Management

We’ve introduced a new Company filter within the User Management screen to make managing users across organisations simpler and more efficient.

What’s Improved

  • Filter by Company: Quickly isolate users belonging to a specific company without relying on manual sorting.

  • Improved Workflow: Maintain filtered views while sorting by other fields such as last active date or role.

User Impact

This enhancement streamlines user administration, especially in multi-company environments, making it faster to locate and manage relevant users without losing context.
