Accessibility Statement
We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our platform for all users.
The Rootshell Platform is being reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA. We are actively identifying accessibility gaps, prioritising improvements and incorporating remediation work into the ongoing development of the platform.
Accessibility is also being embedded into our product development lifecycle so that it is considered as part of the design, development, testing and quality assurance of new features and changes to existing functionality. This includes reviewing common user interface components and user journeys, testing keyboard and assistive technology interactions where appropriate, and considering accessibility requirements as part of our development and QA processes.
Where accessibility issues are identified, they will be assessed alongside other product requirements and prioritised according to their impact on users, with particular consideration given to issues that prevent or significantly restrict access to core platform functionality.
We have already begun addressing issues identified through accessibility testing, including improvements to exported reports and documents. We will continue to review the platform and use the findings from accessibility assessments to inform our ongoing remediation roadmap.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-off activity. Our aim is to continually improve the accessibility of the Rootshell Platform as it evolves and to ensure accessibility becomes an established part of how we design, develop and maintain the service.
If you experience any accessibility barriers while using our service, or require assistance accessing any part of the platform, please contact us at info@rootshellsecurity.net, and we will work with you to provide appropriate support.
