Client Engagement Coordinator – UK Based

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT TEAM

Rootshell Security’s Client Engagement Coordinators provide an excellent level of service to clients and all involved. The successful candidate will join the Client Engagement Team and be responsible for project management, scheduling penetration tests, and tracking financials and documentation. The team is the main point of contact for liaising with clients and manage the consultants’ calendars on a daily basis.

Full Time – Circa £25k Annual Salary

Part Time (30 hours per week) – £20k Annual Salary

Role Responsibilities:

  • Client account management and liaison on a daily basis
  • Managing projects from start to finish ensuring all prerequisites have been met
  • Managing the scheduling calendar
  • Ensuring the team are keeping their client project sheets, trackers, forecasts, and figures up to date
  • Hosting conference calls
  • Tracking documents through QA and ensuring these are delivered to clients in a timely manner to meet SLA’s
  • Helping to ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are met
  • Attending client service review meetings
  • Booking travel and hotels for all consultants
  • Managing consultants/personal clearances (SC, DV, etc.)
  • Daily Forecast reporting
  • Monthly onsite and overtime figures
  • Stationery and office supplies
  • Organising company updates, events, and Christmas parties
  • Any other duties deemed necessary to complete the role successfully


Your Experience:

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Project and Excel capabilities
  • Experience working with clients in a support role
  • Understanding of ISO 9000, 20000, or 27000 series, CoBIT or ITIL practices is desirable
  • Prince II, IT Project+, CAPM, PMP, or other PMI certifications are desirable
  • Demonstrate strong organisation skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • C grade or above in IT computing skills (Word, Excel)
