Product Manager – UK Based

TESTING TEAM

You will work within the product management team reporting to the Head of Product, developing ideas, features and concepts for our clients to utilise.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Integral to your success will be the ability to take high level requirements, as defined by the Head of Product, colleagues and clients, and work with the developers to create user story items that ensure the goals and acceptance criteria of those high-level requirements are met or exceeded.
  • You will demonstrate a strong collaboration with the Head of Product, Head of Development, and internal company stakeholders in developing features within the product that meet requirements and improved through user research and feedback.
  • You will also be involved as part of our development team with generating user documentation for completed features.
  • Working with the Product Management Team, you will contribute to defining the priority of specific features and scope of releases and ensure that measurement of success and user insights are incorporated through usage analytics, feedback and user research as required.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree level education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering disciplines, or equivalent experience will all be considered.
  • Proficient with the Software Development Lifecycle, Product Managers/ Owners, Software Engineers and users to develop the required material.
  • An ability to interpret complex business requirements, translating them into material that can be understood by technical and non-technical end users.
  • Proactive, persistent and customer focused with a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to be independent.
  • Skilled communicator, able to engage with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Prior knowledge of the information security industry would be preferred but a keen interest to learn about a new industry will be considered.
