The Rootshell Platform notifies you of any previously remediated issues that are reported to be present again. This is particularly useful for helping you detect any processes or configuration issues that may be leading to issues reoccurring within your networks and applications.
Rootshell monitors your Managed Vulnerability Scanning (MVS) projects for any occurrences where a previously remediated issue is detected in a newer scan.
Rootshell will alert you that this has occurred by tagging the issue as ‘Regression’.
An email will be sent to you, along with a notification in the platform via the Notification Centre (the bell icon in the bottom left-hand corner).
This feature will enable Rootshell clients to detect any process or configuration issues that may be occurring that is re-introducing vulnerabilities to their networks and applications.
